IASIG Events @ GDC
The IASIG is an organization that brings together audio experts to share their knowledge and help improve the state of the art in audio for games, websites, VR content, and other interactive performances. Our members share tips and techniques, study trends, and create reports and recommendations that game developers, tool makers, and platform owners use to create better products.
IASIG Audio Mixer (New Venue!)

The IASIG's "Audio Mixer" is the premier GDC social event for game audio professionals. Hang out with top composers, sound designers, voice talent, programmers, educators, and more. There will be free food and drink, plus a raffle for free audio merchandise!
Any audio professional attending GDC is welcome at this special social event. (Show your GDC Audio Pass or audio-related business card for entry.) However, the room capacity is limited, so come early or you might not get in.

Are you interested in making game audio even better? Do you have ideas for improving developer tools, or some experience with a new technology you can share? Join fellow game audio composers, programmers, sound designers, educators, and other audio professionals at the IASIG Audio Town Hall Meeting. Get an update on IASIG's Game Audio Education Resource website and hear from leading educators about how they create game audio educational content. Share ideas and learn about improving the state of the art in audio for interactive media. If you do audio, come and be heard.
